We can use the ccp using the link from the following tab.
Operations Director->Customers->click on the customer control panel->General->staff members ->login as customer
Instead of the above method customer can login directly to ccp
For this just use the link we are getting when we click on the login as customer link and use the username and password of the particular customer account.
Note: For this PA admin has to set the server for public access.
