We can make this status as completed for this use the following steps
1.Go to customer control panel
2.Select the subscription you created
3.Go to account tab and click on financial services.
4. Choose the particular item and Click the “Attach” button.

Yes it is possible you can use the Method SubscriptionResourcesListGet_API. You need to pass the subscription id then you will get an array that contains all price details including plan details
Note: i think in this case while creating the storefront that time you must add same fees
in resource rates tab and subscription plans. Amount enter in the subscription plan will come inside storefront and Fees entered in the Resource rate tab will get inside code.so better give same
amount in both tab.

In APS package Name and ID field we are entering. which value will come in the customer control panel and in POA.
Name Field will come in Both case.ID is not displaying anywhere
Note: But while entering ID,Name in package avoid spaces otherwise package is not suitable
for certification.
No change log entry found for the current application release- why this error?
This error usually comes becuase of changelog entry empty or invalid
For Example:
In Eclipse Overview tab Release field value must specify in presentation changelog tab.
if you give 2 in Release, then you have to enter that value in changelog also.
