Logo change is not affected in customer control panel

sometimes the changes in the package will not affect in the ccp. this may be because of cache problem of the particular PA server. if we install the same package in different server it will work otherwise you can change the uri field in the overview tab in eclipse.

Logo in ccp-which logo is coming into customer control panel,can the customer can change that

customer cant change that logo it will be setting in the package. The logo is coming from the presentation tab->Description in the eclipse you can uplode the logo Icon field. it should be a 64×64 wide.
