We can create a separate email template using php and Html codes.Append the dyanamic variables in the package and use the simple mail function. mail(); ie php mail function this will work inside the PA server.
sometimes the changes in the package will not affect in the ccp. this may be because of cache problem of the particular PA server. if we install the same package in different server it will work otherwise you can change the uri field in the overview tab in eclipse.
