Creating database table using php

use sql query to create tables in the particulardatabase using mysql_query() function See the below example

or you can use the phpmyadmin to create table in the particular database.

How can we disable the subservice? in the case mainservice failed. means subservice should be available only after provisioning main service, is it possible?
